Hey guys!
I've been hanging around the forums for a couple months now just looking for ideas for smoking and grilling, but I figured it was time to stop spectating and start participating. Look forward to learning and sharing with you smoke masters. I'm currently sparking my coals in Georgia, but I'm originally from the great state of South Carolina. (Which I still claim as home). The grill or the smoker has about a 100% chance of getting fired up this weekend, so I'll try to remember to post it with a Q view for your viewing pleasure.
