Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
We already had our family turkey day last Sunday so today I get to smoke! Pork Butt and a corned beef I bought from Frys.. Soaked the beef in water yesterday for about 9 hours. It's my first go at it so I will see how this turns out and go from there. Seasoned with onion powder, garlic and pepper.
On the menu for today is smoked Cubano sammies. Smoked pork butt shredded, ham slices, pickles, Swiss cheese and a mustard mayo cilantro combo spread.
More pics to come.
