So the wife wanted some Smoked Wings. Of course I said "yes dear" Decided to try a version of Jeff's Pecan smoked wings and I also did some Teriyaki Wings.
On the left: 3 LB whole wings, 1/4C olive oil, My Bird Rub (about 1/3C)
On the right: 3 LB whole wings, Teriyaki Sauce, fresh garlic, chopped green onions.
Marinated for 8 hours.
2 of the 3 racks that I have. Notice how I stacked them so the Rubbed ones won't drip on the Teriyaki ones? I'm a genius LOL
Into the Smokin-It #2 they go!!! Hitting them with Pecan and Cherry wood. Figure 2 hours then I will pull them......rest them.....brush them with additional goodness then onto the Grill to crisp them up.
