I started with a small pork loin. Seasoned to taste wrapped with thick cut bacon. (I should have done a weave for looks). Put it on big green egg. Indirect heat 325 degrees. Zucchini squash with EVOO kosher salt fresh ground pepper. Tomatoes sliced in half EVOO kosher salt fresh ground pepper, cheese and rosemary. Whole jalapeños. Lite smoke till IT OF 145 degrees. Let rest for 15 minutes.
