Help! Newbie Panic picnic temp question!

So I'm like 14 hours in (started at 4:30 this morning Pacific time), smoker temp 29u2uneta.jpg20. Brought temp to 250 at 2:30. It's now 6:45. IT is 186. Does everyone pull a picnic at 200? It's 11 lbs, and yes, I have 2 independent temp probes monitoring smoker temp. They're right on the money at 212 calibration temp.

Slicing or pulling?? Pulling is around 205 for me

Sorry, pull it out of the smoker, I mean.

At 186 you could slice it but it won't pull very well at that temp. 200-205 for pulling

I think it had to do with the location of my IT probe. I sterilized another one and it measured 195 on the other side of the bone.

The results were quite good.
