Hi, My name is Doug im from a small town in western ma,I've want to build a smoker for bout 15 yrs so i did it.A 100 gal oil tank an about 3 weeks of work i had my first ever smoker. The night i seasoned it i smoked venison burgers in it. I've done bear,venison,chicken,ribs,rib eye an tonight 2 pork loin. Not too shaby for a guy that never smoked till a mounth an half ago
