Hello folks-
I am from Tampa and use a Masterbuilt electric smoker. I have been a lurker for quite some time and finally decided to join and contribute. So far I have unsucessfully smoked chicken wings and a brisket. I was pretty good with the pork butt....but I totally nailed the chuck roast recipe that I got on these forums..........twice. I can't find it again or I would go back and thank the guy who posted it. He added onion and hot pepper rings to it and man is it good. Anyway...I'm doing another butt this weekend and I will post the process and results...
