Well I'm Rob and I'm from Essex in the UK.
I'm fairly new to smoking but I love it and get out in the back garden and fire up my water smoker aka the minion and start experimenting. As I said I have a small water smoker but am in the process of modifying it to make it an offset smoker so I can up my production and smoke more than three baby backs at a time. I do hope to one day open up my own U.S style smokehouse/BBQ pit restaurant because the U.K needs real quality American smoked meats. If anyone has any tips on the best meats to start off with or any tips or tricks then I will happily take them.
