My name is Josh and I've been monitoring the forum for some time but never got around to posting an intro. I'm in Northern VA and have worked with a charcoal kettle grill, MES 30, and a MES propane cabinet smoker. Still honing my skills after grilling for a year but my most favorite thing to smoke is actually bacon. I recently bought an a-maze-n smoker (based on posts from SMF) for my electric smoker, haven't really had the chance to try it yet but I'm hoping to soon! I have a few friends who I've referred to the page and are hoping to start a business in the area making bbq.
