Michael, are these made without cure and intended for immediate consumption or freezing?
I have been making boerewors lately as a change from sweet or spicy Italian.
I have been contemplating making droewors from a recipe in "Food DIY" which suggests
cold smoking as well as hanging in a biltong box.
