Smoke at 250* , usually 3-4 hrs. as BD's recipe calls for, if ya do these wings, ya inject the sauce into the wings, then I took the remaining sauce and tossed the wings with the seasoning.... Other than that I did not sauce... Just watched as ya can kinda tell when wings are done, they brown up & look real tasty....
