From smoky FL

Thread Starter
Checking in from. Parrish, FL. I have been quazi-smoking on my Weber Silver. Genesis for years with some pretty good results, and ready to get serious about this stuff! Very excited to have just received my ECB this week. Cant wait to mod it per the advice of these forums, and will be curing it tomorrow night in preparation of a smoke on Saturday.

Thanks for this great site!

Welcome aboard bigbirdk. I catered a wedding reception on an ECB years ago. It takes some mods but it'll cook.
