Hello all. I'm extremely new to this forum, but not to smokin and grillin. I mainly smoke butts and ribs, but grill everything. I use a WSM for most of my smokin. My grill has a smoker box with a dedicated burner, so sometimes I'll through in a chunk of hickory when I'm spit roasting a chicken or pork loin. I'm retired, so I have plenty of time to do what I want (which is mainly grillin and smokin). I live with my wife and 13 year old son in mid Missouri. My sons two favorite foods in the world are ribs and pulled pork. I use a North Carolina vinegar sauce on all my meats. Maybe some of you smokemasters can introduce new stuff for me. I love learning about smokin. I'm looking forward to some good conversations on this forum,
