Roast Centre cut no bone

I was advised, once marinated to sear the meat at highest temp possible for 3 minutes on all sides and cook for one hour at 375F.Does this sound OK to you?

I would suggest you forget the clock and go by internal temperature to determine when it is done.

Thanks I guess 170 F should do?
