Hello,good to be here hope to learn a lot from you guys . First of would like to try a new rub for my brisket not to salty with a little kick. Anyone thanks sausage.gif

I like a Dalmatian Rub (salt and Pepper) for brisket or at the most SPOG (Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder, and Garlic Powder)
