Smoked some Ribs for dinner for the Family, Tried a New rub with Smoke Salt in it, my Fav Carolina Sweet Sauce, and Apple Wood chips and Chunks. I did the 3-2-1 this time, when I wrapped the ribs I put some of my Fav Beer in the Foil, ShockTop Apple Wheat, everyone said they were Fall off the Bone. Not a Rib Left!!

Looks and sounds great to me... I like the addition of the beer as your foiling sauce.

I see that big NC on the beer bottle, does that mean there was "No Charge" on the beer.... pretty cool! Nice looking ribs. You mean you usually have ribs left over? J/K'ing
