New guy checking in here from Snellville, GA. I have been smoking for about three years, but I am far from being a master. Today is my son's first birthday, so I decided to smoke a few butts with some apple wood. I'm using a Char-Griller Duo that my wife gave me as a get well present a few years ago. I'm still learning the smoker, seems like I'm always chasing a temp. I look forward to learning what I can. These are from about an hour ago.

Looks good so far.

Seal up all the air leaks you can find in your smoker. That will make it easyer to control temp.

Happy smoken.

Just a teeny bit of information for some of the rules here at SMF before you get started, off site links are not allowed.

So here it was about four hours into the smoke.

It turned out well. Six Yuenglings later, foiled at 165, removed at 205, rested for an hour, pulled and put on a bun. YUMMY!!!!
