I started with some lump, mesquite and hickory in the Smoke Daddy
Cold smoked for about an hour
Tried out the Pitmaster IQ on this smoke with the mini... attached a 3/4 pipe nipple and pvc coupler to the IQ connector...works great
Smoking on the mini at 250...bacon grease flared it to 275

This bacon came from a local meat company that was smoked prior. I cold smoked it, and hot smoked it. (triple smoked) ? lol
