hey guys, hows it going, hope all is well. a little information about myself and what I do:
live in fort worth texas
occupation is journeyman plumber for the past 8 years soon to be masters.
hobbies are cooking, smoking bbq and competing in a few comps every now and then. almost all extra time i have is spent on bbq.
i have uploaded a few pics of my homemade rig built by a good friend, awesome teacher, mason, and fellow plumber named bear.
this pit was a gift and i added the roof and new paint.
enjoy making my own bbq sauces.. some get tossed out and some are remade again and again.
always making up new rubs and trying store bought just to see how they compare.
all in all just another die hard bbq fan always looking to learn more be better.
specialty is ribs. very consistent with baby backs or st louis
brisket has been hard one, some really good and some just got chopped and sauced.
pork butts are all time favorite.
also a very competitive washer player which goes right along with smoking ribs and briskets.
