any ways back on track  :) , been lurking on the site for a while but decided to Finally join :)  i have been smoking for a few years ,  turkeys , pulled pork , and many other meats and cheeses , for our bbq's and donating our time putting on many legion dinners , i started with a small propane smoker and since then i now have 5 smokers and 2 bbq's and 2 of them i built , my main smoker of choice is my home built  3'x4'x8' on propane and a cold smoke add on for cheese and meat .

longest run was 26 hours for a  17 lb pulled pork

have done 5 pork legs at ounce a few times and for thanksgiving i have done 7 turkeys

I'm always learning and will never say I'm done  because there is always good tricks to learn in smoked meats or in any trade of work or even in life :)

Welcome to the Family , Jason. Glad to have you. We would like to see your equipment and some of your cooks. Send lots of Q-view. BBQ and Off-Road also...or anything. A grat scene would be great, some of us live in a boring area...
