Hello All... I'm Todd from Fort Wayne, Indiana...land of the Hoosiers and such.
I've learned alot from this forum already.
I started out with a Brinkmann charcoal offset smoker...made some great ribs with it, but just didn't do too well with the charcoal. Had a difficult time keeping the temp steady. I passed it along, and made a little bit extra on it and just got a Masterbuilt dual fuel 2 door smoker...the 30 inch variety. Last weekend I did Country Style Ribs and they were amazing. Better yet, it was not too much effort since I didn't have to mess with charcoal. The weekend, Memorial Day, I've got a couple of racks of St. Louis style ribs and a Pork Shoulder...the wife loves her some Pulled Pork!
Happy smokin' to all, and don't forget to Thank a Vet!
