Hi! Ted here, from Nashville. Not a pro smoker but been doing it for 20+ years, as well as making sausage. For small smokes I use a Masterbuilt 30, model 20070910. Larger smokes, well a refrigerator retrofitted with smoke box, etc..

I grill too... Weber Gold Kettle, Weber Q, Sunshine Legend 4, Magma.

A shout out to all of the great people sharing on this site!

Time to rub four rib racks for the smoker!

OK, regarding pic... What are your size guidelines, or do you resize? Reason being I typically shoot a 24MP camera. I can resize in Lightroom so curious what red you prefer?
