New to the Forum

Hello all.

My name is Jason and reside in Wisconsin (near Milwaukee).

I have been smoking and grilling for years, have used Jeff's website as a resource for quite a few years. I got my start in smoking 15 years ago when I was working in Texas.  I developed a love for BBQ and specifically brisket.  Up here finding a BBQ place that serves Brisket is almost impossible.

I have:

2 offset pit smokers (Brinkman and a home built unit)

1 Smoking Tex dual element electric smoker

1 Weber Gill

1 Ducane Gas Grill

Great to be on here (finally)
