Hello

I have been reading the Forums for some time and appreciate the knowledge I learned from this website.

I use a Smokin Tex with an Auber dual probe programmable temp controller to overcome the unpredictable thermostat in the Smokin Tex. For smoke I use the Amaze N Smoker to generate consistent smoke that I can now control.
