Howdy yall,

 

I'm Benny

 

I'll be cooking on a Weber Kettle 22.5 Gold

 

Been reading lots on this forum as I prepare to smoke for the first time.

 

I'm excited about SoFlaQuer's Finishing Sauce

 

I've joined today because I just got home from Butcher here in Montreal. We were both speaking french - the second language for both of us - I asked him for a Boston Butt and now I'm not certain I came home with a Boston Butt. The pictures are at the bottom of the page.
