This may be a very simple question of not dumb bit I have a little electric smoker and I'm wondering what to put ground mean jerky strips on to smoke them because they fall apart on the grates so I'm just wondering what everyone uses or what I could use thanks.

These are Q-Matz fiberglass sheets with teflon coating and have been getting good reviews. You can order them by the ft. They are easy to clean and let the smoke thru.
