Just joined after finding this site while researching a new grill. We got a Smoke Hollow 4 in 1 from Sam's primarily to replace an old charcoal and old gas grill we have and since this has the smoke box too thought I'd see if I can figure how to smoke meat. Found lots of good info here and other online sources and look forward to even more. Thanks
