Hi I'm new to this forum. I just started smoking meat a little while ago. I have always grilled on charcoal and gas. Don't pick on me I have friends that just show up and don't have time to lite and wait lol. I kill all my own pig and cattle and chickens so I have fresh meat. I have been looking for somewhere to learn about whole hog cooking. I have done pulled pork for a while for helping fire dept. and hunt clubs . I am looking at goin to the next step whole hog and lamb. I see this is a great place to learn and a good group to ask questions and learn. Thanks for your time
