I was looking for some new idea's and found this great site! I've been smoking meat for about 4 years now and enjoy it immensely! I'm using a Brinkmann Propane upright for the small stuff and I've got a box style 9-rack rotisserie for the big cooks. I don't know that I'm a beginner at smoking but would not call myself a pro either. Just learning as I go and enjoying every meal down here in the swamp (South central Florida)!
