Yep, I'm finally gonna post some new shots this weekend.
It'll be the same old Brisket and maybe something else. Here's a preview of the participants :
One will be short smoked as per order, (the In-Laws) , then oven finished. This will reduce the Bark on it but it's their $$$. The other two will get my usual 225* with minimal opening the lid. I like to cook with a closed lid start to finish , so I may get the NB RedRiver out for the Wife's Parents' Brisky.
Trish will be out with me some this cook . She's getting along good after her Spine Surgery , and wants to be outside a bit , so I'll use her as my Photojournalist.
