Went to sam's and got the new Smoke Hollow 44" smoker . Put it together yesterday.

Season it this morning and now 4 whole chickens on one shelf and pan under them

with chicken broth and onions and green peppers. After its all done will make gravy

with the broth and then we will pull all the meat off of the chicken and add it to the gravy.

Small Chickens

Putting butter under the skin.

All ready for the smoker

Using Cherry chips ( Got a AMNTS on its way . Will be here Tuesday.)

Starting to look good. They been on about an hour. Smoker at 240 degrees.

It's off by 60 degrees from the top shelf

Put some hot dogs on for about an half hour. ( the pan keeps the chicken from dripping

on them. Otherwise I would have put the dogs above the chicken)

Thanks for looking.
