Just joined. Looking forward to membership. I live in Redwood City, CA. I've always wanted to start smoking my own ribs and such. I have a Char-Griller smoker with the side fire box. I plan on using wood chunks for heat and smoke. I can't wait to get started, practice, and perfect the craft. I have already started receiving the free e-course emails. Good stuff. Happy smoking.
