Okay after using the not so finely tuned Beast of a stuffer that I have, I decided that having a finely tuned not so much of a beast might be a good idea! Thing biggest issue I had was the squeeze out. While stuffing the first summer sausage there was at least a pound that squeezed out on top of the plunger. So that got me looking at the 5# LEM.
