Just a shout, since wings have become more expensive than whole chickens we have started making what we call "Texas Wings" When I can get drumsticks for .69/lb. and wings are 3.00/lb thats a no brainer for me. More meat, its dark meat, it's affordable, and people seem to love that magic hotwing sauce cooked on anything. You make a good wing sauce, I believe you could put that on labrador droppings and they'd sell like hotcakes.
I am sorry I guess we are cheap around here, and don't even get me started on flank or Oxtails!
