Im going to smoke some wings tonight for super bowl tomorrow night. My question is how should i warm them back up for tomorrow night? Im thinking of after smoking putting them in fridge then getting them out tomorrow and sticking in toaster oven for a little to crisp them then putting them all together in pan with sauce in oven for awhile. Will this work ok?

Thanks

I have Reheated various Chicken parts in the oven. I spread them on a sheet pan and place them in the cold oven. Set temp for 300*F and check every 15 minutes. Wing should be good to go in 20-30 minutes...JJ

I smoke wings 3 dozen at a time then freeze them about 6 or 7 to a bag so anytime I feel like wings I can grab a bag and heat them up in the toaster oven, it works great and helps crisp the skin a bit more! Like JJ said, about 15 - 20 mins and they are hot!
