Hi!!, My name is Rene, Iam from La Havana, Cuba,

I like too much the smoked meat.

I'm new in the smoking, and are very interested in this themes.

My english is not good, I will try to do my best.

My first smoker will be a UDS, using a 55 gal tank, using natural gas

and wood chips,

The best wood that I can find near to my house are

Guaba, Orange, Lemon and Avocado,

I will share my building and will be grateful with your comments.

Nice to begin here!!

Regards

Rene

Hello Rene,

Glad to have you here and don't worry about your English, it's much better than my spanish! haha

Sounds like you have some interesting wood choices to use. (I would love to get my hands on some orange!)

Here's to hopes that the embargo is lifted sooner rather than later.

I had a real Cuban cigar years ago and have been craving more ever since.

Take care!
