I live in North East PA. I smoke with a Bradley Water smoker both charcoal and electric. I make my own sauces mainly Hot sauce but I do dabble with BBQ sauces. I really want to make rubs but I do not all the  herbs and spices.  I would like to find a book or website that lays each herb and spice out in laymans term . Just need some help to locate either so please let me know your ideas.

Thank you for the replies. I updated my profile for you S2K2K. I would love to cold smoke some Cheese can you point me in the right direction. I do not know where to start or even try and fail on the first one. I also would like to add smoke to hot peppers would that be a cold smoke also ? I have signed up for the Email course thank you KathryN .
