I live in North East PA. I smoke with a Bradley Water smoker both charcoal and electric. I make my own sauces mainly Hot sauce but I do dabble with BBQ sauces. I really want to make rubs but I do not all the herbs and spices. I would like to find a book or website that lays each herb and spice out in laymans term . Just need some help to locate either so please let me know your ideas.
