Hello king.First time running 3-2-1 baby back ribs. Wife will be making a taco salad. Maybe some baked taters to go with the ribs.
Rub a lot of butter on your tators and salt them with coarse salt. Wrap and put in the smoker with your ribs. It takes them about 3-3/12 hrs. They are better then any tator you've ever ate.
When mine are done I usually but them on the bottom rack to get a little char on the skins. Simply awesome!
