I am 58 years old and my family has been in the Bar-B-Q business here for 50 years. My son is now in with me making it a third generation restaurant.
I own a Weber Summit Gas Grill, Big Green Egg, and recently purchased a Traeger Pellet grill that I have fell in love with. It's just too easy!! I am also a certified KCBS Bar-B-Q judge and Table Captain and enjoy going to the different events. In 2011, I helped organize and run Cullman's first ever Oktoberfest Bar-B-Q Challenge where we had 66 teams participate. That was quite a challenge!!
Looking forward to getting some tips from all of y'all out there and helping promote Bar-B-Q when I can!!
