I just purchased a Masterbuilt 40" electric, new gen smoker. I believe the max temp is 275F. My question is will the chicken wings and legs get crispy enough on the outside? Any tricks of the trade would be appreciated. I do plan on using applewood chips.

When they are done you can crisp them on a hot grill or under the broiler for a couple minutes. I usually do the broiler thing.
