ive been working around meat since i was 15 years old. i started working at reams elburn market. amazing place. I worked there for about two years then i moved out to montana, where i have aspiring my dream to open my own market. i currently make snack sticks, jerkey, summer sausage, all kinds of fresh sausage as well as dif varieties of smoked fish... lots of trout being out here in montana.
currently im working with a digital electric master built smoker, i love it so far. ive done tons of stuff with it. im working on plans to build my own walk in smoker as well as dry houses for making hard salami.
another one of my passions in fly fishing, im out on the river every chance i get.
