Just thought I would throw this out there. While smoking a Boston Butt for pulled pork I looked in the fridge and saw a couple chicken quarters in there that my wife took out of the freezer earlier that day and still didn't cook. So, me being the considerate husband and not wanting her to slave over the stove (haha I just wanted to smoke something else but it was an easy legitimate excuse), i took the liberty of throwing some poultry seasoning and olive oil on the quarters and stuck them in the smoker with the Pork Shoulder. here were the end results. BTW they were smoked with hickory at 225* until a safe IT was reached.
