Hey ya' ll ,
New to the forum, I am 25 years old from central Florida. I started smoking maybe 6 months ago with a self bought (and modded) Brinkmann 2-door from Wally World. I quickly started to outgrow my charcoal smoker thanks to you guys and gals here on the forum. I got a 2012 model MES 40 from my family as a Christmas gift. I am just putting it away after seasoning per factory instructions. I am also beginning to post guest blog posts on recipes on smoking, grilling, meat processing, and meat curing on my wife's blog Taryndipity Ink on Facebook and Blog spot in a section called Man Cave. I look forward to furthering my ability and learning more from some of you seasoned vets on the forums.
