Wasn't sure which forum to put this in . Little of everything pretty well.
Here the line up . Starting with some Injected hot wings, chicken ABT's, Chicken breast Injected with butter/garlic mix
baked potatoes pork steaks, little smokies,taco bowls with hamburger and/or pulled pork and all the good stuff that go
with taco, smoke cheese and summer sausage that I made awhile back,
I cut one of the chicken breast up for the ABT's and soak it in the franks redhot sauce. then injected the wing with franks sauce.
My injector with straight frank hot sauce.
Got a new mavrick. Can you tell which one is the new one
Some provolone cheese
Chicken breast
More provolone cheese on top then wrap in bacon
all wrap up and ready for the smoker
I got this 3 burner warmer for my wife (got it at Sam's) Hamburger in the first one,
middle one is getting pulled pork and the last one is for little smokies.
Baked potatoes and put the little smokies in the smoker for about an hour to take on some smoke.
After the smokies came off the Chicken ABT's went on.
Also put the wings on. (forgot to take a picture)
After all this come off then the chicken breast and pork steaks going in the smoker.
By the way all of this is just for me and the wife today
And yes I will have to go to the gym first thing tomorrow morning to work all this off
