I didn't have a ton of time because I had to work half the day, so I kept the smoker between 250-300 to speed it up a little. I was very impressed with my first attempt at smoking ribs. Very delicious and had a very nice smoke ring if I do say so myself! My fiancé who "doesn't eat ribs" cleaned her plate! This was all dry rub, no sauce used!
