, no experience at all with my new offset smoker
for thanksgiving , my wife and i went to south carolina to see our daughter
her boyfreind smoked a turkey on one of those smaller, or barrel cylinder-type smokers( not an egg , just a home depot special)
it was by far the best turkey i`ve ever had
got obsessed looking up smoking
my wife got me one for xmas
just seasoned it this afternoon
my son gave a a fresh frozen baby pig ( as a xmas gift)to smoke on it for new years eve ( my birthday)
so , i`m gonna ask a lot of questions on here .
