Minneapolis, MN area (next door to RTBBQ2)
New to the forum.  I'm from MN and smoke year round.  I've been smoking meat since 2005 mostly on a Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker Smoker.  I'm looking forward to learning a few more tricks of the trade from you all on the forum.  I have experience smoking brisket, pork shoulder, turkey, chicken, chuck roll, salmon, almonds and pecans.  I'm going to try my first bacon soon!

Welcome to SMF! Bacon is next on my list as well. I am buying a 10lb belly after the holidays. Would never have dreamed of making my own bacon if it weren't for all these great folks here at SMF!
