Hello everyone. I came across this forum when I was doing a search about smoking a pork loin and decided to sign up. I live in central Kansas an we've had our smoker for about a month. We are really enjoying the results of the smoked meat that it's produced. I havent cooked meat any other way since we got our smoker...lol...we have a Masterbuilt 30" electric smoker. I thought about getting a different smoker but the electric smoker seemed to fit what we were looking for. My husband was the one who wanted to get a smoker and one of his coworkers kept bringing in smoked meat for lunch and would share. Hubby kept going on about it so we decided to get ourselves a smoker for Christmas. Just thought I'd introduce myself. I look forward to learning more about smoking meat.
