I know and have used the 3-2-1 method to cook spare ribs once before. I have only done a full rack with this particular method. Unfortunatly I had to cut a full rack so I could fit them in freezer. Now I just trimmed and prepped my 2 half racks for a smoke tomorrow. Because I am cooking 2 half racks instead a full rack do I make any adjustments to the cook time?
