Heading back up to NEPA on the 12th for some family holiday stuff. Got 5 lbs of slim jims mixed. Going to make 5 lbs of ring and 5 lbs of SS to take up.

This here is Yuengling (8oz) Cure 1 mixed with 1/4 cup cold distilled water. Using AC Leggs 116 stick mix.

This is cool brother, you are the man.  newbie here and never thought about slim jims.  learning so much info on this forum.  keep it coming gentlemen...hopefully one day  i can share some things with you'al as well!!!!!!!

My wife helped with these, slow, fast, slow, fast 

She did good though.

These beer sticks smell great.
